Hola, tengo un problema similar, trabaje por dos años en Polonia, legalmente. Tuve que regresar a México por una emergencia. Pero tengo que regresar esta semana, quisiera saber si puedo entrar como turista? Regresaría solo una semana para terminar de mudarme recoger cosas. (Ya estaba en mis planes mudarme el 31 de diciembre, sólo surgió una emergencia. Mi permiso de residencia no esta renovado, por que venció en septiembre, aplique para la renovación antes de que venciera, pero la resolución la dan el 27 de diciembre
